	The Lapiniak company was established in 1998 and is, among other things, engaged in manufacturing and distribution of pulsating magnetic field appliances. At the age of forty-seven and being 173 centimetres tall, he weighed 96 kilograms. As a free-lancing skilled trainer he was aware of his non-proportional body build. He inquired expert's reports and recognized that a reduction of the daily consumed carbohydrates could have a positive effect on his body. So he reduced the consumption of carbohydrates and within a year he lost 14 kilograms. He still keeps this way of nutrition and he has managed to keep his weight at 82 kilograms. However, he was always having problems with composing his diet and this is how the idea of bread, which contains less carbohydrates and no preservatives, was born.
